Outer Banks, North Carolina
Outer Banks, where we can rent beach houses and still enjoy restaurants or activities in the thriving beach community. The ocean water is cool and clean.
New Orleans, Louisiana
New Orleans, where night life rules, along with a lazy vibe for sight seeing, fun activities, and plenty of time together. Here kids can visit interesting places and adults can enjoy time out on the town.
San Diego Beach, California
San Diego, on the west coast is sunny and the water is cold. This is California, so you can experience the SoCal life all day and relax in a beach condo at night.
Dates in 2026
We are planning for up to one week between Memorial Day and Labor Day. Please consider your travel time and availability so that we can get the highest amount of participation possible. Here are candidate weeks (Thursday to Wednesday). We have avoided major holiday weekends to improve the quality of experience for everyone who attends. If you can help with planning, please volunteer so that we can get this one right.
Start by choosing your preferred month. Then we will see about weeks within these months. If your availability is more flexible, we will have a poll option to allow you to tell us that too. Organizing for a lot of people is hard work, so please tell us what works. You don’t have to stay for the entire week.
