Dates in 2026
We are meeting in July 2026. Here are candidate weeks (Thursday to Wednesday). We have avoided major holiday weekends to improve the quality of experience for everyone who attends. If you can help with planning, please volunteer so that we can get this one right.
Start by choosing your preferred month. Then we will see about weeks within these months. If your availability is more flexible, we will have a poll option to allow you to tell us that too. Organizing for a lot of people is hard work, so please tell us what works. You don’t have to stay for the entire week.
